Shipping policy
Where we ship
We ship within Australia. Shipping is $10, and free on orders of $100 or more (that's 2 tubs).
Pre-orders
Spyr Build is on pre-order. The founders' batch ships November 2026. You pay in full at checkout, and your order ships as soon as the batch is packed. We'll email you when your tub is on its way, with tracking.
If the date moves, we'll email you as soon as we know, with the new date. You can keep your order or cancel it for a full refund.
Delivery
Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 2 to 7 business days, depending on where you are.
International
We don't ship outside Australia yet. Email desk@getspyr.com and we'll let you know when we do.
